Thursday

Venue:
CBGB'S
September 16, 2003

Sold out!
I had to piss really bad while standing in line, so the second I got inside CBGB's, I cut straight through the crowd and relived myself. Okay, so that's not the information you want, you want to know how Thursday's performance was. Let's just say that in all fairness it was a really good piss. You know the kind I'm talking about. It's the one you need to take after you had a few beers and screwdrivers and waited in line for 45 minutes. What I did get out of Thursday's performance is that I got a really good view of the back of someone's white shirt. CBGB's may set the standard of a small, damp, overcrowed rock club, but let's face it, the place is a dump with even worse acoustics than Roseland. Consider this a warm-up for their show at Irving Plaza. At least there, they should be in top form. But what do you expect for 92 cents and $6 service charges.
